Bamboo boho floor lamps, handwoven in Thailand

Our boho floor lamps are handmade in Thailand, with shades woven from natural bamboo. When the lamp is on, the open weave softens the light and casts patterned shadows, giving a warm, relaxed glow beside a sofa, reading chair or bed. Several designs come in more than one size, from XS up to XXXL, and the range includes natural bamboo as well as the black finish of A WA RA. Some designs, such as A SA RA, stand on a solid wooden base. Because every bamboo floor lamp is made by hand, small variations in tone, weave and shape are normal.

Boho floor lamps for living rooms and bedrooms

In a boho living room, a bohemian floor lamp works well beside a sofa or armchair, where it adds low, warm light in the evening and woven texture during the day. In a boho bedroom, a smaller size next to the bed or in a corner gives soft light without the glare of a ceiling fitting. These are freestanding lamps that plug into a wall socket, so there is no wiring to do and you can move them from room to room. Choosing the size and shape of a boho standing lamp

Each product page lists the measurements in cm and inches, so check them against the spot you have in mind before you order. A smaller size suits a corner or a bedside, while the larger sizes give more presence in an open living space. Two designs, A SA RA and A WA RA, have a flexible bamboo shade: keep the tall shape, or compress it into a rounder form and secure it with the included string. What comes with each bohemian floor lamp

Each lamp comes with an E27 socket on a power cord, an inline on/off switch and the plug type you choose when you order: US (Type A), UK (Type G), EU (Type C) or AU (Type I). The bulb is not included. We recommend a warm white LED or a vintage Edison style LED bulb with an E27 fitting, which brings out the bamboo weave and keeps the glow soft. Check the maximum wattage on the product page before you buy a bulb. Orders ship from Thailand, and delivery usually takes 2 to 10 business days.
