Installation As shown in the listing pictures, the oblong shape is the natural position/shape, however round shapes are achieved by compressing from each end and pulling taut to hold into desired position. A round ball has been made from one of the standard oblong baskets in the third picture. You can watch our video tutorial.

They look good and feel durable. I was fumbling with them alot and they held together nicely

The lampshades are beautiful, just like in the photos! Putting them together was not as easy as I thought, yet not complicated, and the shipping was fast. My only advice for the company would be to reduce the amount of unnecessary plastic in their packaging and not to include extra pieces. The lampshades came with a handful of metal and plastic pieces that didn't belong with the ones I ordered. I love the lampshades and how fast the order was processed. I will buy again for sure.

beautiful shade! i had planned to change the shape, but that would require me to run twine through the inside of the shade and it would have been touching the lightbulb, which i didn't feel great about. i also ended up using the bamboo skewers they provided for holding the twine to fix the shade to the light - the mounting system they provided wouldn't fit over the wall plug on my cord.
