Handwoven straw slippers and woven flats

Our straw slippers are women's slip-on shoes, woven flats and open sandals, all handwoven in Thailand. This is the wider range, where plain natural pairs sit alongside designs with pom poms, flowers, fringe or macramé and pairs in blue, yellow, pink or off white. Most are made from natural straw, while a few use seagrass or add cotton or fabric details. Product pages describe them as lightweight and breathable, and because every pair is made by hand, size, shape and tone can vary slightly between pairs.

Several designs add a trim to the woven straw. PI CHA MON has a bright yellow pom pom and CHAN THA PA has pink pom poms, while YA TA WEE carries a delicate flower detail and NAN NA LIN is finished with intricate patterns. The White and Blue Macramé Straw Shoes add macramé detailing, KAN TI pairs a natural straw sole with soft fabric straps, and several woven flats are listed with fringe. No design has a shade option, so the only choice you make is the size. Natural straw tones lead the range, and PI CHA YA PA comes in off white. For blue, TEE RA TA comes in ocean blue, the macramé pair mixes white and blue, and several woven flats are listed in blue. NI PIT and VI TOON are listed in yellow, and CHA YA WONG is a vibrant pink. Seagrass appears in a few designs: TEE RA TA is handwoven from natural seagrass, and VI TOON pairs seagrass with a woven straw upper.

Straw slipper sizes

Every design with a size option runs from S to XL on a women's chart, with the same sizes on every design: US 5.5 to 11 (UK 3.5 to 9). Return postage is paid by the customer, and the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Orders ship from Thailand and usually arrive in 2 to 10 business days.
