Our boho table lamps have shades handwoven in Thailand from natural bamboo, in sizes that suit a bedside table, desk or console. With the lamp switched on, the open weave breaks the light into soft shadow patterns across the wall. KUL JI RA weaves rattan in with the bamboo for a rounded shade, and A DA, A NA and KAN PIT CHA are inspired by Thai bamboo fishing traps. Each bamboo table lamp is woven by hand, so no two match exactly in tone, weave or shape.

Choosing a bohemian table lamp: base, finish and size

Start with the base. CHI NA, A NA, A DA, NARUBADIN and KAN PIT CHA stand on wooden bases, THA NID on a vintage style wooden base and THANARA on a wicker base. For a darker look, A DA, KAN PIT CHA and A RA WAN have a black finish, while the rest keep the natural tone of the bamboo. Then pick a size: CHI NA comes in five sizes from XS to XL, 18 to 35 cm (7 to 14 in) tall, NA WA and A RA WAN in small, medium and large, and YA NA PAT in small and large.

Boho lamps for the bedside, desk and living room

On a nightstand, a compact lamp such as THA NID or KAN PIT CHA, both 15 cm (6 in) tall, keeps the glow low and close. On a desk or shelf, the slim NARUBADIN takes up little space, and YA NA PAT brings a clean cylinder shape. Beside a sofa, the large NA WA or A RA WAN, at 36 cm (14 in) across, adds woven texture to a side table. Plug, switch and bulb for your boho table lamp

According to the listings, each table lamp arrives ready to use once you add a bulb (not included): woven shade, base, E27 light socket with power cord, inline on/off switch, and an AU, EU, UK or US plug chosen at checkout. Where a cable length is given, as for A DA, NARUBADIN and THANARA, it is 1.8 m. You will need your own bulb; the listings suggest a warm white LED or vintage Edison style LED. Wattage limits range from 13W LED on lamps such as THA NID to 60W LED on NA WA, so check the product page.

Every lamp is handwoven in Thailand and ships from there, with delivery estimated at 2 to 10 business days. If a lamp is not right for your space, we can take it back. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return, then send the item back within 30 days of delivery. Sale items can be returned too. Return postage is paid by the customer.
