Standard shipping is free on orders over $35 (about £27 / €32), delivery from Thailand usually takes 2 to 10 business days, and any import duties are paid by the buyer. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return, then send the item back within 30 days of delivery. Sale items can be returned too. Return postage is paid by the customer. Shipping costs are not refunded. If your order had free shipping, the original shipping cost we paid is deducted from the refund.
