If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. Please contact us at info@thaihomeshop.com within 48 hours of order delivery with a photograph as proof of the damage/defect.
What happens if I'm not at home for the delivery?
Goods that return to Thailand due to failed delivery attempts (wrong address, nobody home to sign for a package, package refused, unclaimed, etc.) are liable for re-sending costs incurred, in the case of a refund we can only do so upon receiving the item, minus the shipping fees. (typically 25 euros/30 dollars).
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ITEMS WILL BE KEPT AT THE LOCAL SORTING OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME PRIOR TO SENDING THEM BACK TO US. YOU CAN CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM.
Customs

Packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”).
