What happens if I'm not at home for the delivery?
Goods that return to Thailand due to failed delivery attempts (wrong address, nobody home to sign for a package, package refused, unclaimed, etc.) are liable for re-sending costs incurred, in the case of a refund we can only do so upon receiving the item, minus the shipping fees. (typically 25 euros/30 dollars).
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ITEMS WILL BE KEPT AT THE LOCAL SORTING OFFICE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME PRIOR TO SENDING THEM BACK TO US. YOU CAN CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY TO PICK UP YOUR ITEM.
Customs

Packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”).

This is beautiful and simplistic. I bought two for my bedroom. Very easy to install, there is a long screw in the wood. I just put in a wall anchor and screwed it in! Would have liked a longer cord but I got a double extension cord so that worked out just fine! Great communication and shipping was faster than expected! Would buy from here again!
This is perfect for what I bought it as - a night light in my tiny bedroom - not enough room for a side table with out being too much. It's delicate, ornate and beautiful and really casts a lovely light. Thank you!
