Standard shipping is free on orders over US$35; below that, standard shipping is a flat US$5.99. Our shipping rates are set in US dollars, so in other currencies they are converted at the day's exchange rate: at the moment that is about £27 or €32 for free shipping and about £4.50 or €5.35 for the flat rate. Checkout always shows the exact amount. Delivery takes 2-10 business days. The Express (EMS) price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original condition. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Return postage is paid by the buyer, and the original shipping cost is deducted from the refund after we inspect the returned item. See our Shipping and Returns page for details.
Pendant shades come with the hanging hardware; the cord set and bulb are sold separately. Shades take a standard E27 bulb. Plug-in pendant kits are available separately in our lighting accessories. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
