Most of the bags are made from straw, including CHANIKA, KANA, KATI, JIDA, CHADA, CHANISA, A RA, A NO NA, ALICE, ALINDA, BEAU, LANALA, TA VI KA and WALAWAN. WANDEE is made from natural bamboo, JITSIRI from natural rattan fibres and PAIR PI LAI from natural sea grass. NA MA, LINLADEE and Nongpanee are woven from water hyacinth, and ASHA is made from locally sourced Lepironia. Some designs add a detail: A NO NA has an open lattice weave, ALICE a soft fluffy top handle, WALAWAN a two tone natural and black weave, and Nongpanee a cotton lined interior.
