NAT CHA PHOL is a Thai meditation set of two pieces, a square floor mat and a round zafu cushion, handmade in Thailand with natural cotton covers and natural kapok filling. It comes in red and black with cream bands patterned with elephants: the mat is stitched into rolled channels, and the zafu has a pleated black edge, a red patterned top and a fabric loop at the side.
Try the zafu on top of the mat for seated meditation, or use the mat on its own for a lower seat. Afterwards the mat rolls up and ties with a matching strap, and you can carry the zafu by its loop, as shown here.
The red and black pairs well with a cream rug and plain white walls, which is how the set is styled here. Browse more zafu and zabuton sets.

Really pleased with how quickly these arrived. Bought three that will be hung together over our staircase. YouTube videos detail how to manipulate the shape so each lampshade can be adjusted exactly to our needs. Looking forward to seeing them up.
