PHONG PHIR is a square zabuton, a flat meditation mat, handmade in Thailand with a natural cotton cover and natural kapok filling. It is stitched into soft rolled channels in olive green tones with fine white pinstripes, crossed by two wide bands of traditional Thai diamond pattern in grey brown and white.

Lay it on the floor for seated meditation, where it cushions your knees and ankles, or try a round zafu on top for a higher seat. When you finish, roll it up and tie it with its attached fabric straps, as shown here, so it tucks away in a corner.
