A CHI RA is a square zabuton meditation cushion in a rich brown, handmade in Thailand. At 48 cm (18 in) on each side and 6 cm (2 in) high, it gives you a broad, flat base for seated meditation.

Filling: natural kapok
Kapok inside, cotton outside The filling is natural kapok and the cover is natural cotton, so it stays light enough to move and store.
Using it Lay it on the floor to cushion your knees, ankles and legs, then add a zafu on top if you like a little more height. It also works for yoga, mindfulness exercises or as a floor seat. Spot clean the cover when needed.
