BEN YA PA brings a soft cream tone to the floor of your meditation space. This square kapok zabuton is handmade in Thailand and measures 48 x 48 cm (18 x 18 in), standing 6 cm (2 in) tall, so you have a wide, even mat to sit on.

Filling: natural kapok
Kapok and cotton Natural kapok fills the cushion and natural cotton covers it, so it is light enough to carry between rooms and put away after practice.
In your practice Sit cross-legged on it so your knees, ankles and legs rest on padding rather than a hard floor, and add a zafu when you want a raised seat. It also suits yoga, mindfulness exercises and floor seating for guests. When the cover needs freshening, spot clean it.
Pairing ideas Cream is easy to place. It sits well on dark floorboards, beside indigo or charcoal textiles, and under a patterned zafu that adds a little colour.
